These Terms of Purchase ("Terms") govern your purchase of products from Right at Home Staging’s online shop. By placing an order, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please review them carefully before making a purchase.

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse any order at any time. Product prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Payment
We accept payments through the payment methods specified on our website. Full payment must be received before the order is processed and shipped.
4. Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not mean the order has been shipped, but it confirms that your order is being processed.
5. Product Availability
While we make every effort to ensure product availability, we cannot guarantee stock levels. If an item is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide options for a refund or exchange.
6. Modifications and Cancellations
Once an order is processed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Rate & Method
We offer a $10 flat rate shipping Australia-wide, using Australia Post. All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving payment, though shipping times may vary depending on your location. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Free Local Pickup
We also offer free local pickup from our Pambula office located at 49 Toallo Street, Pambula. Simply select the "Pickup" option during checkout and we'll have your order ready for you.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times vary based on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or factors outside our control.
3. Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct. We are not liable for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect address details.
4. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Australia. International shipping is not available at this time.
5. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please use this to track your order’s progress.
6. Delivery Issues
If there are any issues with your delivery, including damaged or lost items, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in resolving any shipping issues.
Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items (such as candles, opened or used products) may not be returned.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at hello@rightathomestaging.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.
4. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the product you wish to exchange is unavailable, we will offer a full refund instead.
